THESE ARE THE GUIDELINES FOR "TEAM DOUBLE HELIX" THAT ARE TO BE FOLLOWED FOR RECRUITING PURPOSES.
1.) IF YOU ARE UNDER THE AGE OF ( 18 yrs old ) PLEASE DO NOT FILL OUT THE APPLICATION!!!!!!!!!! Team Double Helix is an "ADULT" clan and will not consider you for a membership into the FAMILY.( NO EXCEPTIONS..)
The following guidelines "ARE" required by any person wanting to join TDH

1.) You must 1st read and agree to the Code of Conduct set forth by Team Double Helix.
2.)Once your application is filled out you "MUST"DROP YOUR PRESENT CLAN TAG.(No Exceptions.)If you do not drop your present tag you "WILL NOT" be considered and will be "AUTOMATICALLY DENIED"for membership. Also if you are using a second name with another tag you "WILL"be expected to drop that tag aswell. TDH is a one clan membership. PERIOD.!!!!!
3.) You should add some of our members onto your friends list if you do not already have them, so you can join in and play with our members and inform them that you have applied for membership so they know who you are.
4.) You need to be Registered on the website and actively be participating in the general forums while you are going thru the process.
5.) Each potential recruit will be subject to a "TRIAL PERIOD" that could last up to (10) days.The length of this period will be at the Discretion of the COUNCIL after seeking comments from "TDH" members. (Do not confuse this period as a waiting period.)This trial period is to see that the Recruit has what it takes to be a member of "TEAM DOUBLE HELIX". During this trial period, whenever the Recruit can play,he/she "MUST" play with a "MINIMUM" of (2) members. With atleast (1) of those members being an "Officer" of TDH.Whenever possible during the Trial Period'(the more you play the better).
6.) Once the Trial Period has ended.The members of TDH will vote(By way of the members recruiting forums)Once the vote has been conducted,it will go before "THE COUNCIL" for "FINAL" approval.Once the COUNCIL has approved/dis-approved the vote it will be "FINAL!!!!".There will be "NO" debating the COUNCIL's FINAL DECISION.
NOTE: The voting process could take up to 7 days to ensure that all members have a chance to vote.
7.)The Recruit will be notified in a timely manner of the results.
6.) Once the Trial Period has ended.The members of TDH will vote(By way of the members recruiting forums)Once the vote has been conducted,it will go before "THE COUNCIL" for "FINAL" approval.Once the COUNCIL has approved/dis-approved the vote it will be "FINAL!!!!".There will be "NO" debating the COUNCIL's FINAL DECISION.
NOTE: The voting process could take up to 7 days to ensure that all members have a chance to vote.
7.)The Recruit will be notified in a timely manner of the results.
Once the recruit has been notified They will have (1) weeks time to accept membership into "TEAM DOUBLE HELIX". If it is not accepted within the time limit given TDH will Automatically pull the invite and you will not be able to re-apply.
NEW TDH MEMBERS : Probationary period
Pertaining to "NEW" TDH members. New MEMBERS will undergo a 30 DAY "PROBATIONARY" period from the start of accepting their TDH TAG.During this time frame the new member will not vote on any issues that may arise. TDH COUNCIL "RESERVES the right" and WILL exercise their right to remove said "NEW RECRUIT" with out oppostion from present members should TDH COUNCIL feel this action is warranted.
