TEAM DOUBLE HELIX C.O.C. RULES AND REGULATIONS
CHEATING : STRICTLY PROHIBITED AT ALL TIMES !!!!!!!!!!!!!!
CHEATING at any time is STRICTLY PROHIBITED !! These are actions by individuals performing acts with in the game which are NOT INTENDED for proper and FAIR game play. These actions include , but not limited to the following ;
1. ) GLITCHING The act of MANIPULATING the game in ways that were NOT intended by the manufacturer. Teleporting, walking through walls, shooting through walls. Walking in air, becoming a "GHOST" and killing everyone. ( NOTE: Some of these actions are game produced. It is expected of the TDH MEMBER to recognize, and AVOID at all costs ! )
2. ) CHORD PULLING The act of manipulating your ROUTER that you use to connect to the INTERNET. Turning it OFF/ ON sometimes (depending on certain models) produces "TELEPORTING" from one spot to another.
3. ) MOD DISC, CHEAT CODES / CODE BREAKERS There use is STRICTLY PROHIBITED !!!!!
TDH HAS ZERO TOLERANCE FOR CHEATERS, VIOLATORS WILL BE REMOVED IMMEDIATLY !!!

CLAN BANNED WEAPONS : 203's, GL's, RPG's, AT-4's ( RANGED EXPLOSIVES )
Use of such weapons is STRICTLY PROHIBITED !! All TDH MEMBERS will refrain from their use in ALL rooms, UN-RANKED rooms appear to be the only available areas for such weapons. RANKED rooms, such weapons are not abtainable.
The only time these weapons will be used is if we are participating in a Tournament That allows them and in a practice room
TDH RECOGNIZES THE USE OF BANNED WEAPONS AS "CHEAP" AND A " EASY KILL, WITH NO SKILL" !
TDH HAS A LONG LASTING REPUTATION OF BEING A "CLASS ACT" AND PLAYING FAIR !
VIOLATORS MAY BE CONSIDERD AND POTENTIONALY REMOVED FROM THE CLAN !!

NEW TDH MEMBERS : Probationary period
Pertaining to "NEW" TDH members. New MEMBERS will undergo a 30 DAY "PROBATIONARY" period from the start of accepting their TDH TAG.During this time frame the new member will not vote on any issues that may arise. TDH COUNCIL "RESERVES the right" and WILL exercise their right to remove said "NEW RECRUIT" with out oppostion from present members should TDH COUNCIL feel this action is warranted.

ALL TDH MEMBERS are expected to maintain (1) name and (1) name ONLY while representing TEAM DOUBLE HELIX.In the event that a member is found playing under a different name they will be subject to displinary actions taken by the Council.

RESPECT : EXPECTED OF TDH MEMBERS AT ALL TIMES
RESPECT of your fellow CLAN MEMBERS is expected at all times. However, TDH considers it's MEMBERS to be like FAMILY. The practice of JOKING around, BUSTING BALLS, LAUGHING at each others expense and TRASH TALKING is EXPECTED, to a degree !! There is a LIMIT. These are acts of FUN and ENDEARING FONDNESS. They are not meant to INTENTIONALY be hurt full or insulting.
In the case where a TDH MEMBER crosses the LIMIT, and is either AWARE or UN-AWARE of UN-FRIENDLY ABUSE. It is expected between the two parties to settle their differances as ADULT's !! If these matters can NOT be settled accordingly, then they are brought to the attention of TDH COUNCIL IMMEDIATLY !!
REMEMBER, YOU ALL ARE TDH MEMBERS FOR A REASON ! WE ARE FAMILY......NUFF SAID !!
RESPECT will be given to the OPPONANT as well. The act of SHOOTING DEAD BODIES, DANCING ON BODIES and TRASH TALKING is HIGHLY FROWNED upon. ( NOTE EXCEPTION BELOW ) In the event that your opponant is doing said actions, and or is being RUDE, VULGER and DISRESPECTFULL, it is expected of TDH MEMBERS to avoid "CONFRONTATION" if at all possible. Do your best to be the "BETTER MAN / WOMAN" so to speak. If these matters persist, then simply leave the game.
EXCEPTION : SHOOTING DEAD BODIES, DANCING ON BODIES and TRASH TALKING amongst ourselves and FRIENDS ( NON TDH ) is acceptable to a DEGREE !! Excesive actions is NOT expected, we are ADULTS.....act accordingly ! TAUNTING, however, is acceptable. As long as it is performed " IN GOOD TASTE " . NOTHING DIROGATIVE !!
TDH HAS A VERY RESPECTABLE REPUTATION, THE COUNCIL WILL NOT LET ANY MEMBER BLEMISH THAT REPUTATION. EXCESIVE ABUSE WILL BE CONSIDERD AND SUBJECT TO CLAN REMOVAL !!

TDH OFFICERS : REQUIRED TO UP-HOLD TDH C.O.C. AT ALL TIMES
TDH MEMBERS will have fair and equal oppertunity to become TDH OFFICERS. However to become one, you need to have FULL KNOWLEDGE and UP-HOLD TDH C.O.C. .
In the absence of TDH COUNCIL, TDH OFFICERS are granted (to a degree) LEADERSHIP responsability when in CLAN BATTLES and or TOURNAMENT PLAY. It is expected that TDH MEMBERS recognize and RESPECT their authority. EQUALLY work together to accomplish TDH goals.
TDH OFFICERS are expected to CARRY OUT and ENFORCE TDH C.O.C. with their fellow members when in RANKED and UN-RANKED ROOMS. TDH OFFICERS encountering TDH MEMBERS in VIOLATION of TDH C.O.C. are to report them immediatly to TDH COUNCIL......NO EXCEPTIONS !!!!

CLAN PARTICIPATION : REQUIRED OF ALL TDH MEMBERS
PARTICIPATION is expected on these conditions as followed ;
1. ) TDH MEMBERS are expected to interact with the CLAN at LEAST TWO (2) days out of the week. For an un-disclosed amount of time. Lack of PARTICIPATION will be acknowledged and subject for REVIEW by the TDH COUNCIL. PROLONG ABSENCE with out PROPER NOTICE ( REFER TO NOTE BELOW ) will be subject to REVIEW by TDH COUNCIL and considerd for CLAN REMOVAL.!!
NOTE : Out of RESPECT and COURTESY to your fellow TDH MEMBERS, it is expected of all MEMBERS to give proper notice of absence. TDH COUNCIL understands we all have a life out side the game (hopefully). Some of you will have WORK and or FAMILY obligations, these are things that come BEFORE TDH !!! TDH MEMBERS WILL BE EXPECTED to post this information on TDH's WEBSITE and or utilize "SOCOM CONFRONTATIONS" MESSAGING SYSTEM.
2. ) TDH MEMBERS are expected to UTILIZE TDH WEBSITE and participate and provide topics of conversation with in its content. TDH MEMBERS are expected to LOG IN at least TWO (2) times a week. Valuable information pertainig to CLAN EVENTS and as well as INFORMATION about "WHO, WHAT, WHEN and WHERE" is going on. MAKE YOUR PRESENCE BE KNOWN !!! Prolong lack of effort will be subject to review by TDH COUNCIL and considerd for CLAN REMOVAL !!
3. ) TDH, from time to time is involved in TOURNAMENTS. It is expected of ALL TDH MEMBERS to help (when available , and or asked upon) with TOURNEY PRACTICE. Your PARTICIPATION is NOTICED and APPRECIATED !!
THIS WEBSITE IS TDH's CENTER OF COMMUNICATION. CO-OPERATION AND PARTICIPATION IS REQUIRED !! PROLONGED ABSENCE WILL NOT BE TOLERATED !! TDH COUNCIL RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REVOKE TDH MEMBERSHIP, PERIOD !!!!

TEAMWORK : WITH OUT IT, ALL IS LOST !!!
TDH MEMBERS are expected to WORK, and COMMUNICATE together to achieve our VICTORY !!
The following is REQUIRED ;
1. ) KEEP THE MIC. OPEN when in battle, tying up the MIC. with USELESS information, not pertaining to the BATTLE at hand, is UN-ACCEPTABLE !!!
2. ) Watch each others back. Communicate and observe where your teammates are in the battlefield is essential to executing a well planned operation. In the case of improvising.....COMMUNICATE with the TEAM and carry it out accordingly.
3. ) ARGUEING on the battlefield will not be tolerated, excesssive arguing will result in SUSPENSION and or REMOVAL from ORGANIZED CLAN BATTLES and or TOURNAMENTS.
4. ) In the event TDH COUNCIL LEADERS are not present for such battles, then TDH MEMBERS are to WORK with and COLABORATE with TDH OFFICERS to acheive VICTORY !!
UNITED WE STAND......DIVIDED WE FALL !!!

TOURNAMENTS : CODE OF CONDUCT AND REQUIRED PARTICIPATION
This involves ONLY the TDH MEMBERS who agree and have the proper ablity to sign up for such events.
The following is REQUIRED ;
1. ) It is required that should you decide to participate in TOURNAMENTS, that you are WILLING and ABLE to give the PROPER ATTENTION to the event. In other words.....TDH COUNCIL DOES NOT want to see TDH MEMBERS sign up if they are going to be "GUNG-HO" and FIZZLE out half way through the TOURNEY. Its like this....ALL OR NOTHING !! PERIOD !!
We do not want to develop a REPUTATION as a CLAN that only see's things HALF WAY THROUGH. It WILL BE EMBARASSING for the CLAN should the TDH COUNCIL be forced to pull out of a TOURNAMENT half way through.
2. ) TDH MEMBERS participating in TOURNAMENTS, while in "LOBBY" before launch of the battle, TDH MEMBERS are to KEEP QUIET !! Violators are and WILL be subject to replacement. Further infractions will constitute FUTURE SUSPENSION from the next scheduled match. ONLY the TDH OFFICER, or DESIGNATED CLAN REP. for the TOURNEY will speak. They are responsible for working out grievance and or issues between the opposing teams perspective Leader.
The reason behind the "SILENCE" is so that you dont give your opponant the uper hand . Its a mental strategy as well, it shows STRONG DISCIPLINE and holds a level of uncertaincy by your opponant.
3. ) PRACTICES are to be conducted in an orderly fashion. No fooling around and horse play. no running around and shooting your weapon excessively. The better you pay attention, the quicker practice is over. Your co-operation is EXPECTED !! Keep the MIC.'s clear, and COMMUNICATE when the oppertunity and time is right !!
4. ) Communicate with the TDH OFFICER and or TDH COUNCIL LEADER conducting practice. If you are going to be late and or miss a scheduled practice, due to WORK and or FAMILY OBLIGATION. It is YOUR RESPONSABILITY to convey that information accordingly, as NOT to hold up progress and pro-long practice un-necessarily.
5. ) The ACT of shooting dead bodies, Dancing on dead bodies and or abrasive and vulger taunting is STRICTLY FORBIDDEN IN TOURNAMENTS. Any violation will result in NEXT SCHEDULED MATCH suspension. Ongoing violations will lead to permanant loss of position on TOURNEY TEAM.

TDH COUNCIL LEADERS RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REMOVE TDH MEMBERS IN VIOLATION OF C.O.C. WITH OUT THE CONSENT OF IT'S FELLOW MEMBERS. IN MOST CASES.....THEY WILL BE AWARE PRIOR TO DOING SO.
TDH COUNCIL PRACTICES AND ENFORCES A " TWO (2) STRIKE AND YOU ARE OUT" POLICY. ( NOTE EXAMPLE BELOW )
EXAMPLE : Once a TDH member is " WARNED " , they are on warning for the following week. If at the end of said week, they are still NOT in compliance.....then they are released from TEAM DOUBLE HELIX. TDH MEMBERS who are "WARNED" on a regular basis ( if it is habit ), then they will be subject to TDH COUNCIL review and or released from the clan.
WARNED ONCE, YOU ARE PUT ON PROBATION FOR A WEEK. SECOND OFFENSE DURING PROBATION, GONE !!! CONTINUALLY VIOLATING C.O.C. , REVIEW BY TDH COUNCIL AND OR REMOVAL FROM CLAN !!
